(It was a Neil or a Mark I think! )Glad you managed to find a replacement! Yup - it was the chromed plastic wing mirror covers off my XC90. Their motivation became clear when I discovered it'd cost nearly £300 to replace them! I stuck the replacements on with marine adhesive, which made matters worse: someone tried again a few weeks later, and when they couldn't prise them off they tried kicking them off, with predicate results. As Vincent Vega says in Pulp Fiction "I wish I could have caught that as*hole doing it. It would have been worth him doing it just so I could have caught him." The scratch can take up to a week to heal . Wait a minute! Is your cat called Bob? Does this mean your username refers to the fact that that Unit of a cat can also move at considerable speed?!
