If they're not tidying up they get sent to the tool store to ask for:

A long stand

A long weight

Some benzine rings

A left handed screw driver

A metric adjustable spanner

One of my favorite work memories was sending our saturday boy to B&Q for a lightbulb repair kit

30 minutes later I got a phonecall from the manager of B&Q to say that he found our lad and his saturday boy looking up and down the aisles for one
