1962 Lambretta TV175 in 1971! It had a Union Jack seat on it......legacy from the Swinging Sixties sort of thing.

I suspect that I looked like a twat on it cos it didn't get me any blowjobs.

62 bikes came after it......and what do you know? Still no f@cking blowjobs!

A mere youngster then.

I started with Lambretta LI150 in 1972.

Then with cars and other distraction restarted two wheels in 1983 with Suzi GP125 then Suzi GSX250, Kwack GT750 (had 2) kwack GPX750 (had this for nearly 20 years. Now GSF1250.

yes same around us too :D

The FS1e was never known as a Fizzy around Coventry as far as I know . It was a Fizzer . The first time I ever heard one referred to as a Fizzy was by the character of Dave in an episode of The Royle Family .

Nice scooter!! Worth quite a bit now......

My first was a 1965 Lambretta J125 I wasn't old enough to ride it on the road at 15yo in 1980, so went round and round my Dad's field. First 'on the road' scooter was a 1973 Vespa 90 SS which I passed my test on......... first bike was 600 Bandit in 1998

First road bike or first one I rode?, first one I rode was a moto x bike think it was some type of Honda 50 or 80cc, I was very young and can’t remember.

First road bike was an Aprilia RS125, I did have a 50cc scooter before that but I’m disqualifying that from mention as you did say bike :P .

The Sachs I had ( 2nd bike ) was derestricted correctly by myself and had head squish ring machined out ...serious fun and sadly missed as sold to fund gsx750f... Would def buy it back if I could ..rs125 is similar power but Sachs much lighter frame aka ducatti ladder frame style

2004 Aprilia RS50. Back when I was 16.

Bought it for 1500. Blew it up, fixed it, learnt a lot about fixing with it being 2-stroke. Sold it for 1400 the following year.

A good bike but no way on Earth are they worth the money some people will shell out for. The blue N reg (SVY557N) CD175 I PX'd for the first 400/4 was in about the same condition as one I saw at Stafford last year and they wanted £1995 !!!. My winter bike, a red CD175 I had in the early 80's was in great nic but almost had to give it away in the end. Blokes of my Dad's generation were probably saying the same about Bantams and Tiger Cubs going for silly money.
