Welcome, great choice if bike I test rode one when I shortlisted for my new bike. Great engine, lovely and smooth and that belt drive makes biking less messy and simpler I hope we get some dry weather for you to start to enjoy it!

Cheers for all the welcomes guys and the banters good too.
Well eventually got out on the bike today and it’s brilliant.
Just need to get used to the indicator setup.
For those that don’t know the BMW has an odd way of indicating.
Left indicator on left handlebar, right indicator on right handlebar and the cancel for both is on the right handlebar.
If that’s not bad enough, the horn is slightly above the left indicator so if your not careful you end up honking rather than indicating. The cancel on the right is again slightly above the indicator so instead of cancelling you can end up signalling right.
This set up will be fine once I’ve sussed it but for the moment with new bulky gloves it’s what I’d call awkward.
Just an old boy on a bike.

The indicator setup does take a while to get used to......but then it becomes second nature.
