Cmsnl have a good website for finding part nos.

Don't know if this is the right year for your bike?

https://www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-er500a4-er5-2000-europe-uk-fr-fg-is-nr-sp_model12227/partslist/F2260.html

They are all the same except for a bit of bodywork , the tank and the front brake calliper .

And need a new break caliper for mine as that's pretty much gone aswell take it I'm going to need the exact year for that one?, cheers

No they all fit but you should definitely upgrade to a later model . That's the one with both pistons the same size unlike the earlier one with a big one and a small one . Much better braking .

Fast Bob it's not on that picture it's on the rear hub one and the part number is

42029 it's the bit that sits in between there to connect the drum break

So it's the brake arm then . (?)

fastbob You're always coming up with fantastic exploded view assembly drawings. Is there specific sites for specific bikes? Or is there some central site that deals with most bikes?

For sorting out problems those type of drawings are invaluable. :thumb:

Sometimes I just paste from the ER5 Workshop Manual that I have on my phone as a PDF . For other bikes I go to the CMSNL website that has parts diagram of thousands of bikes . You'll notice that Bianco also knows this trick.Same with the Harley , PDF on my phone . Many PDF Manuals can be downloaded from Manualslib .
