Aycliffe Posted January 2, 2020 Share Posted January 2, 2020 Hi Folks,I have just got a 2009 Suzuki SV650 and all the haynes books I see only go to 2008, can I still use this or does anyone know of a different manual. Mississippi Bullfrog Posted January 2, 2020 Share Posted January 2, 2020 The second generation ran from 2003 to 2012 (I think) so most of the manual for the 2008 version will be applicable. They did a name change in 2009 but I don't think much changed mechanically. Haynes don't always get their years right. I've had a few versions where I've used manuals from different years. But even when it's the right year and model Haynes aren't always 100% accurate anyway. For the basics they're ok though. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
