Oh I ride, most days, in mud and grit and slurry, everything that is washed out of the fields at the moment.

I even rode to fix our daughter's boiler. Horrible traffic, foul weather, in the dark. Turned out she'd switched it off at the wall. :bang:
You know the rule MB........without pics or a vid it never happened!

I think your assistant is taking the piss somewhat. I'd have thought the fact that you have coped so long on your own (which is probably not nice for you) kind of indicates that his role is surplus to requirements?

Morning!

Not even 9am and the bitchy e-mails are already going around.
One guy is doing my nut in, if you don't check in with him, he assumes you're not working on his project. His projects will always be made out to be more important than whatever else I have on, regardless of the reality.
Every time he then kicks off on e-mails, but if you give it back to him he switches straight into victim mode and acts like you snapped at him out of nowhere. Then if you leave it, he goes right back to kicking off.
Working on bikes offers a therapy no amount of money can afford
