Heat only boiler, is it getting demand for heat, no error would indicate it thinks everything is fine

Could be 3 way valve not switching or external control

3 port valve is moving when switching between heating and hot water etc

pump circulates but the boiler just doesn't fire up

They are prone to fans, ignition units and sump clogging up if not cleaned but with that you usually hear a gurgling, but if it's displays not changing from, 0 the boiler pcb is either f**ked or it's not getting signal for heat, ie back to external control

Usually there is a single switch wire to fire up boiler it's first one to the left of mains inlet on boiler panel, it's marked sl1 if that has no voltage it's doing nothing.

Still think it's external, I would pop round but it's a tad out the road.

I have figured out that I have hot water side but not central heating

I shorted the room stat to rule that and still nothing
