Yeah I remember they cost me £60 over 10 years ago then stopped twirling spanners for a pen pushing role before I got to use them.

Don't start buying again !

I am afraid the quality is not what it was I am afraid.

Another valued name and reputation bought and changed by cheapening manufacturing processes.

Such a shame.

After 40 years at work,I've got most i'll ever need.

I will usually buy Halfords stuff these days, good enough for hobby and work use.

Good choice.

I have heard nothing but good about halfords black or pro range, even from some pro`s as well.

10mm socket

Nice !

Probably more convenient than my air set up !

I have occasionally used my Makita impact driver with a socket adaptor when I have had multiple bolts of the same size.

Usually when I am feeling lazy lol.

I see this is turning in to a willy waving contest

Lol

You are probably right but it was unintentional !

My interest was to know if the modern guys with their electric stuff have an advantage over us dinosaurs who still use compressors etc.

Well if we're into willy waving territory nearly all my tools are proper British tools, measured in inches rather than millimetres.

I like the way we own up to willy waving lol.

Symptomatic of us guys with tools, toys or anything else we get fascinated by.

Oh by the way I believe the girls do it too but I suspect they have a more subtle title for it and it probably involves things like horses, clothes as well as the stuff we are into.

Takes cover swiftly !!!!!!

All you pretenders with your little tools on display. How about a real action shot....

I am so waiting for #six30 to post some inappropriate large tool action lol.

God knows what some of our stranger members will say?

All that says to me is that you've got skinny girl arms 💪

Not gonna lie that's giving me a bit of tool envy though.
