Question for Snod Blatter......or Bender or anybody else who may be in the know!

What's the connection with the Tony Martin era Sabbath in the previous vids and this band?

This video basically shows what happens when I turn up in town here!

It would appear to be a bunch of ex Iommi-and-friends people! Clearly they fancied a rather more modern approach

Anyways, Samantha Fish

Ray Gillen on vocals......he died of AIDS in 93/94.

He was Sabbath's first choice vocalist......and actually recorded the original Eternal Idol album.

He left because the whole setup was disorganised......and in came Tony Martin who re-recorded the Eternal Idol album.

Ray Gillen's version is much better!

No......not really.

Apart from the Classic rock stuff I'm more into Blues, Blues Rock.

Big fan of the REAL Skynyrd though......Steve Gaines era! He would have gone on to be as big as Clapton, SRV etc.

Oh how very true.

One from the road is always in whatever car I am driving and the workshop !

I am lucky enough to have also seen Led Zep at Knebworth which for me is also up there (Kashmir in particular).

Cheers
