Looks like the clutch cable for that lawnmower is going to cost around £25

I'm going to keep googling as that price seems ridiculous to me!

Heres the part number if anyone knows anything that could help. I've no idea what model number the actual lawnmower is, all markings & stickers have faded away over years. Its a self propelling Honda with a GCV160 engine

Lawnmower parts are always stupid prices. In the past I've bought bike cables and adapted them.

So I see!! I think it's because I know how much you can get bike cables for that it shocked me so much!

I bit the bullet and bought one for £24. As it's not mine I didn't want to bodge something together as I don't want to go up there and fix it once a month

A few of the straightliner boys played with them but they seemed to melt away.
I am aware of one or two that turn up at Santa pod occasionally but havent heard anything startling about them.
Are you considering one then?
Cheers
Ian

Evening all!
World's gone absolutely mad over here, got a city-wide curfew in effect for the next few days and the National Guard are roaming the streets using rubber bullets to encourage compliance. What a time to be alive!

The other fryer is back part time at the shop, according to him I've probably got at least this week off, most likely the next too  As I have had no phone call from boss I'm apt to believe him!

Good timing really as my wood for the shed is coming. Unfortunately not in the order I'd like, The shiplap is coming Wednesday and the actual lumber on the following Monday

Worse news is that according to weather reports its meant to rain for a week from the Tuesday :bang:
