You can get one way journeys for a fraction of the asking price and I don't mean a bit of discount either . I think I got about 70% off when I went to collect my bike from Portsmouth . husoi Posted August 21, 2020 Author Share Posted August 21, 2020 You would need to know me better [mention]fastbob[/mention] to know that trains and me don't get along well The flight was a joy, 1:30 he after taking off was at city airport, 10min taxi and was in the hotel 10min walk away from the bike. Trains are not only more expensive but also takes forever even if you're lucky in not wasting time waiting. For the next one. Adding taxi to airport, flight and 2nd taxi I spent less than 2 train tickets, happy bunny and took me a lot less. After rain in and around Selby then waze went mental and decided that would be great to explore the city and surrounding areas. Yyeeyy 150ish miles to the tank just before the light comes up. Speed mostly over 60, trying to keep between 65 and 70.Don't trust the tyres to go anything over that but an idiot made me go to 85.
