Any recommendations on places to buy assorted kits of flang bolts and cap head bolts, washers and nuts? Found plenty of places online of course, some very expensive. Not after bike specific ones particularly just a good bargain place to get an assortment so if I find a gammy bolt as I go through the SV I might then have a suitable replacement in the workshop.

Everyone raves about this local company, especially if they don't have quite what you have in mind (they'll source it). Not sure if it's better if you can visit vs them posting it mind

Depending on what you want mind if it's cheaper to post using an alternative method I could look to pick up and post on.

This guy is a 15 min walk from me, really useful knowledge & reasonable prices.

He also has a stall at some of the classic bike / car shows

Oh FFS ! Really ?

Yep, really

Got the tip off from Dave at Carr’s Car parts in Coundon.

It’s not well signposted off Torrington Ave.

Is the memorial to Gavin Carlton still in good order in Torrington Avenue ?
