Do you ride on a lot of urban roads with a lot of diesel vehicles? I used to ride in and out of Liverpool several times a day on a route used by buses and my tyres were always contaminated with diesel. I just had to adapt to tyres that had bugger all grip most of the time, in the wet it was like skating on ice.

it seems hard to avoid these vehicles these days, the slip I thought I had other week was on almost new tarmac and dry, but I guess you never know if a little something was on it. My first off last year was diesel on a roundabout, was fresh back to biking so didn't even see it lol but it high sided me, and that's where my right-hand turn frights come from. But after I did shocks other month I had improved with confidence. It was only the ride out a few weeks ago that the bike felt like it was slipping that set me back again. But new pressures for a ride out later.

went out last night for a little while. the odd thing, the bend I felt it tip more, did exact same thing same place, so its the bend or road. was ok on other bends but I know I was off as it felt heavy to steer right, but it will have been me being tense. came home happier and you guys helped a lot cheers

Could be the road surface or camber.

I prefer left hand bends to right hand.

yeah, i have been on that bend loads but it could be the line im taking and the road changes and the bike adjusts. But its typical we first blame the bike, well I do. got to get mojo back

Just crack on.

On a day off. Go out without time constraints.

Bollox to tyre pressures etc and just ride.

See where it takes you.
