Aygos are alright, Toyotas in general give very little bother they’re reliable and well made a family member has a Yaris that’s caused no issues and I used to have a Landcruiser, sold it with 220k on the clock and it was barely run in!.
Saying that, if your commute is so short I’d probably go one way or the other, get something fun with a big V8 or get an EV, not sure but you should be able to get an old Nissan Leaf for around that now, the range will be crap but it doesn’t sound like it would affect you much.
I do a 50 mile round trip as a commute every day and I’d love to have an EV to do it in, sadly the only two I’d actually want are well out of my price range at the moment.

My budget for this car is around 6k

I'm guessing that would get me a +20 year old Wrangler with over 150,000 miles
Mine's 12 years old with over 130K on the clock, and it's still going strong. I got it earlier this year to replace my older XC90 because I was sick of it getting stuck every time I had to go to one of our field trials sites. Some of them are in pretty remote locations, and the Volvo couldn't even get itself to them if the ground was muddy, let alone pull a trailer there. No problem in the Jeep!

Thankfully it's not my daily driver: it comes to something when an XC90 is fuel efficient in comparison!

I know it’s complete madness but I really kind of want another Range Rover but one with the V8 diesel, I know it’s going to break though  .

Our daughter gets a whole class of art materials into hers. It's amazing what she carries round in it.

Few years back they was going to make a convertible Toyota Aygo.... they decided against it , cause then the driver would hear every one calling them a c*nt
