Anything but that!

I don't know how much Council Tax you guys pay these days, but I just paid our annual bill......€170.

It was only €120 when we came here in 2005......but still got to be a lot cheaper than back there.

They've just introduced having to pay for garden waste removal in Preston I believe. Here in Chorley it's still included yet it's only a few miles down the road.

It does amuse me how quickly some threads on this forum go wildly off topic so quickly... so forum software changes is now about council tax.

excellent.

Here in Spain there's communal bins virtually every 100 yards.

Drop the bag in there and they're emptied overnight every night!

Ooh we should start a forum treasure hunt and try and find a thread that hasn't gone off topic. winner gets a bag of limes!

I'm guessing most of the ones you've commented on recently are about them going off topic so that narrows down my starting points

Absolutely,, you'll find one from 9 days ago where i asked what the thread was actually about? a simple question given the title (a review) and then looking at the subject matter (an organised meet) I felt I should ask this as the new 'morphed' topic was possibly being missed, hidden as it was.

My comment here wasnt a criticism.. I dont normally begin a criticism by declaring amusement.

I think its hysterical that a thread about forum software has morphed into one about council tax. and felt it worth mentioning. I think these kinds of things are really very funny as they appeal to my rather perverse sense of humour.
