Vigor Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Hi all , just got the above bike 2 years old with 1200 miles . Quick question when turning on the ignition the engine management light comes on for a few seconds then goes out which it should . There is also a slight buzz sound for a couple of seconds and then it stops , is that normal ? Also the manual says that it should have a kick start , this bike doesn't have one , did they stop putting kick starts on this model ? Stu Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Yup its normal its the fuel pump priming up stick your ear on the tank and you will hear it more clearly as for the kickstart the manual is probably to cover all years and may have had one on earlier models but I can't say for certain if the older one had a kickstart Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
