onesea Posted February 28, 2017 Share Posted February 28, 2017 A couple of people have said they would like a ride in to the New Forest/ Sammy Millers....There are 2 dates I can do this, 11th of March or the 25th March.The tentative Plan:Meet at Popham Airfield 10 am (depart 1030)Taking in A roads into the New Forest and then on down to Sammy Millers Motor Museum about 50 miles 1.5 hours - 2h.Arriving Sammy Millers around 1200 (there is fuel stop near here). Leaving say 1330 - 1400 to get to Ower (Near bottom of M3) for 1530 ish... I can also lead from there back to Popham Airfield avoid Motorways of course.The route would be scenic with some bends although within the forest its 40 mph so it will not be fast riding...
